In August, the Advertising Standards Authority have concluded that Anglian and Everest’s ads promising savings of “up to 40% Off” were misleading and in breach of CAP Code Rules and must not appear in the same form again. We were delighted with the news and have dedicated a blog post to this milestone decision, as we believe that only fair competition should determine the company's success.
