Our History
1986. A new double-glazing company, Admiral Windows, was created to improve homes across Oxfordshire. At a time when milk was delivered to your door at 19 pence per pint, Top Gun was the box office hit film of the year in cinemas, and an eye pad was really an eye pad. Only 8% of homes in the UK were fitted with double glazing. But now, that figure is more than 90% and rising! And Admiral Windows are proud to have fitted many thousands of energy-efficient windows all over Oxfordshire and surrounding counties in that time.
By using British-sourced and manufactured products and skilful installation teams, we have proved that quality is the best form of warranty. We are one of the oldest independent double glazing companies in Oxfordshire and continue to build on our enviable reputation of installing windows, doors, and conservatories of the highest quality!
Every installation is registered with FENSA, the industry-leading, government-authorised fenestration compliance company, for regulatory peace of mind, as well as an insurance-backed guarantee and our own Admiral 10-year guarantee.
All our quotes are given completely free of charge and without obligation or pressure with a consultant’s visit to your home, or we can quote remotely to suit you. We will provide Open and Honest Pricing and have never resorted to false discounts like many of our competitors.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will help and advise you on designs and regulations and will provide a thorough survey before anything is manufactured. Every installation is important to us, and our courteous fitters are time-served professionals. They have their own vacuum cleaners and plenty of dust sheets and will respect your home as if it were their own.
In the unlikely event that you have any issues or problems in the future, we have a dedicated service engineer to look after you so your new windows and doors continue to give good service.
Our vast experience has enabled us to provide the repair service. Ill-fitting windows, broken handles and hinges, and cloudy panes of glass can all be replaced or repaired. And as usual, all our advice is given freely and without obligation.
